A client? you mean like a mod-launcher?

You can make a simple installer, or use something like the XCC Mod Creator, Launchbase Mod Creator, or even a utility like WinRAR (to make a SFX cabinet).

Also, damn, son, that file you're linking to is YUGE. 929MB (!!) Did you add movies to the game?

I think he just wants to share his mod with his friends without sharing the whole game. The file he uploaded is his whole RA2 folder, compressed, and it makes me wonder if he knows that his 'mod' is only a few of the files.
