Hi, I am still new in map modding. I created a survival map, but after a while, my unit stuck, its like there is something blocking it. I try to spam clicking but cannot work. I try play around with elevation but the bug is still there. Is there any fix to this problem? It seems after we killed certain amount of units, our unit stuck and cannot move.

Are you sure the units in question just aren't blocked from moving?

Also, I remember units not moving if too many are selected at once. I think with the Ares the limit was 100+ something. Or I'm remembering it wrong and it's closer to 50+.

Does your map have any choke points where only a unit at a time may move due to the path just being 1 cell wide?

It is easy to create pathfinding issues on maps... there's a limit of so many turns a unit will make to try to reach a target, and when breached, it won't move. There's also side effects on large maps and just getting numerically stoned for cellrange finding, but that might not be related.

The first thing I would do is clear paths in the map, no rocks or using cliff pieces as obstructions, and remove any dead end paths that go nowhere.

Make the map with clear pathfinding, that could solve.

When a unit with specific locomotor is destroyed when turning, that cell gets blocked and the game doesn't recover from it unless save and reload.

No fix for that, only can avoid vehicles using drive locomotor or change the locomotors for such vehicles etc. which will look odd.
