3D View doesn't work on external display

So my laptop connects an external display.
If I open the app in the connected display, the 3D view will be missing (blank).
If I drag it back to the laptop display it works again.
And it keeps working even I drag it back to the connected display.

I've tried to recreate this bug here with the latest beta and I couldn't replicate it. I think I might have fixed that on yesterday's patch. But if someone still has this problem with 1.39.285, post here, because I might need more info about it.
