Covert GIFs to other things

Can anyone help me, ive got this animated gif i want to convert into a shp, is there any way, other than copying each frame into a shp editor. I dont care if i have to convert it a few times, but i dont want to have to spend ages on it.
Ive attached the file, its basically a re-aranged version of the Terror Drone, so i can use it as a infantry unit, but could someone either convert it for me, or tell me how to.

This is the File, its not a proper animated gif, as it doesnt show correctly, but i assure you, it is a gif, if you open it in a gif construction program you will see...

the drone cant be made into a infantry though, its in reverse order...

if the frames are in the wrong order just rearrange them in ART.ini

if its something other than that i dunno what you mean

vehicle shps and infantry shps are different, one rotates one way, the other rotates the other way

hmm... I dunno... there may be a way to mess with the sequence, but that would be difficult.
