That's very broad. Look around at the PPM Media Hut subforum, and maybe YRArgentina.com I'm sure you'll find something to suit your needs.

If you want to make existing voxels bigger, the Voxel Section Editor can double the size of voxels. From there, all you need to do is to smoothen out the edges, correct the normals, and use voxel bounds to make them the exact size you want.
