this is the ts retro forum you want TS editing forum. also there are several tutorials on the subject look at them before asking questions you will want to be downloading vxlse 3 and the XCC utilies pack both should be available from ppm.

XCC Utilities can be found at http://xccu.sourceforge.net (current version is 1.40)

Voxel Section Editor III (VXLSE III) can be found here at PPM. In the CnC Editing Tools menu.
