I want GDI and Nod gates to have differents close/open sounds. Since the gate open/close sounds' control lines are in [GENERAL] or [AUDIOVISUAL] (doesnt matter) I cant make the specific sound. However I can delete the sounds in [GENERAL] and make open/close animations in Art.ini have report=... Do u think that it'll work?

Last time i tried Report= doesn't work for active anims (building overlays).

Try using the SIDEC-whatever MIX files.

Then, when playing Nod and the GDI gate will open, I'll hear the Nod Gate sound...

Are u sure that the anim with report wont work? Even with Priority=100?

Well i did test anims with report.. but they never worked for me. I believe SMIFFGIG uses it in TSR though (for a damaged conyard anim that triggers a claxon sound) so it's worth a try.

EDIT: oh wait... i think he used VoiceFeedback for that..
