You can't have more than 2 campaigns without making a modified exe file that re-enables the tutorial campaign. You can however have more than 7 missions in a campaign.

I think that is possible. In FA2/FS, there are two boxes in the Basic menu: Next scenario and Alt. next scenario.
I may be wrong but the latter is if you lose.

its probably disabled, I thought that was for TS so that by trigger certain events you would do a different mission and skip map selection. An example is getting the ghost stalker onto the train, after you win the mission, its shows a fmv with the train and mcneil and ghost stalker.

Blade I think also said its disabled aswell.

That does not mean renegade is the only game that has a modifiable exe file does it? You can only enable a 3rd campaign though, not more.

But, the Exe file you're mentionning, which one is it. Something like "gamemd"? How do you access  it? With wordpad?(I tried and it does something) And how do you re-enable the tutorial?

To access it, I think you'd need to decompile the code then recompile it after modification for it to work.

Either that, or use a ResHacker type program. The former is when you want to change the ingame coding (like adding more countries and stuff), the latter is when you want to modify the interface of game setup screens and the like. Blade has already succeeded in doing the latter, and pd succesfully did the former (added a fully working new country).

If you use the first method, I think you can change virtually everything (IE do what you want with the game, more than conventional modding techniques can allow you).

I said, "...only...I know..."

As for the above post, you have to learn programming, C++ and the like.

AvianKnight... you only need some assembly knowledge, hex editng abilties and a lot, I mean, a lot of patience Wink. You can't decompile the program back to C++. It's impossible.

Humm... To decompile, you need a program to do that, right? Can someone propose me one that should work please?
