How to make BuildingType reduce TechnoType BuildTime

I'm positive there was a way to allow a BuildingType reduce Types' BuildTimes.

I had the idea that the Industrial Plant reduces not just Cost, but also BuildTimes, somehow.

Like, BuildTimeAircraftMult but not on a per-Country basis, a per BuildingType-basis.

Is this possible yet?

Not at all what I wanted.

I wanted something like the Industrial Plant bonus: a Multiplier activated and customizable on a per-Building basis.

Like, NAINDP still gives the 0.75 Multiplier, and another, different building (that is not a Factory of any Type) gives a 0.95 Multiplier.

Use the "Industrial Plant" as a negative prerequisites to disable the unit & then replace it with a copy that builds faster.

MigEater's way is the only way to do as you really wish.

Here, for example...

[UNITA]
Prerequisite=anything
Prerequisite.Negative=for example NAINDP
GroupAs=UNITAA
BuildTimeMultiplier=1.0 ; not necessary because by default it is still 1.0   Rolling Eyes

[UNITB]
Image=whatever UNITA is
Prerequisite=NAINDP; in fact whatever Prerequisite.Negative= for UNITA
GroupAs=UNITAA
BuildTimeMultiplier=0.6 ; I think it is enough

and you can repeat this for every unit that you want to duplicate, since there is no limit of 100 units or something like that(thanks to Ares. dll ) , it is only about coding...Yeah, being lazy  can prevent any success, so don't be lazy my friends...  Very Happy
