A barracks. Its the best of 4 Smile

Its good enuff for gov't work. It was some what styled after the construction yard.

I have added some shadows to the building. Also, it's size is a bit smaller than the original one. (from 10.5 kb to 8.25 kb)

the shadows look great Smile

out of curiosity why is the third frame almost erased?

EDIT: it dosen't matter, it was like this when i DLed it. It's no problem as the third frame is never shown. Maybe my comp didn't DL it correctly but like i said the 3rd frame never shows ingame in TS. It only does in RA2 and only if it's programmed in the INIs. Look at the TD barracks in Rotd, the 3rd frame is the old beta barracks damaged frames and it never shows in the game. Smile
