For someone who can make SHP Infantry and open to order a request, I want to request a "British Royal Guard" because I think it would be okay if someone who modding have this one of the Great Britain's iconic one in their arsenal. Thanks to reading.

-open SHP Builder
-load the soviet minigunner
-recolor the brown coat into red (notice that there might not even be enough red colors in the palette, so create custom palette. custom palette needs Ares)
-go manually over all hundred frames and draw black hair

There are plenty of these on CivFanatics, you can read a tutorial on how to convert to shp.
