All upgrades with any PowersUpToLevel count can fire both primary and secondary simultaneously, except the hardcoded component tower (with same IDs) PowersUpToLevel 2 and 3 for RPG and SAM.

How does the gate look like when attached with walls? Does it fits the vanilla GAWALL?

the walls will bind with the tower and gates if you make this wall [GAWALL] and set the gates tags in rules. wall
binding was a hardcoded TS logic so of course theres got to be some mod bullshittery to make it work right.
