Opened up the editor and chose the buildings of the new factions as well as the neutral and special but none of them are there and most of the MO maps are corrupted and I have the latest version which is 3.3.5

This is what happened after  I followed the instructions to copy the needed files from the main game directory and placed them in a new folder with the MO files.

I then decided to just install the mod to the main directory and when you open one of the mods maps, they are still corrupted and if I just want to make a new map, you can't because the screen is black.

Whats the sense of having a MO map editor if it doesnt work and if it did work you can only create regular RA/YR maps ?

Regarding first screenie: try running the Editor as admin, that'll fix it.

Second screenie: you're missing terrain files, or at least have outdated/wrong theater INIs. This doesn't happen. What did you do?

I just followed what the included instructions said to copy these files into an empty folder and then extract the MO there, that's it.

I got the black screen when I then installed it in the main game folder, but I will try what you said to do later on in the day.

-BINKW32.dll
- BLOWFISH.dll
- gamemd.exe (patched to version 1.001)
- ra2.mix
- ra2md.mix
- language.mix
- langmd.mix
