Hello again,

As I said before, our judges received the maps and 2 of them (TheDvD and dEw_MaN) finished judging the maps. Judging them wasnt easy, but so far we clearly confirmed that the quality of the maps are higher than before. The score of the sixth place is currently at 68% just to have an idea. In the last competition, Aurora196's map was 3rd place scoring 67.5%.

However, the other two judges are an incognite. In order to solve the situation, we hired Smiffgig, webmaster from TiberiumSun.com and leader of Tiberian Sun Retro, as judge. He'll take his time to review all maps. We're still contacting Froggy, but if we become unable to contact him, we'll hire another judge to complete the list of 4 judges.

Also, one of the maps was extremely detailed and slow, enough to have problem with one of the judges, who was unable to play it. The map will still be reviewed, but gameplay won't be rated, which means that the map will loose a considerable ammount of points or we could consider the avarage gameplay and trigger rating from other judges. For these cases, we recommend a great article that Hexetic wrote at Planet CnC two years ago that you can read HERE.

So, that's it... expect great maps and good surprises. We'll keep you informed of the situation here and at TumSun forums.
