i made a refinery because why not? nearly tossed the model but some people wanted it i guess.

The buildup anim is nice, but all the textures are too clean.

Big fan of this one and intend on using it as a tech refinery, so I've made some changes:

1. Merged both active animations into 1 so both play simultaneously
2. Added tech flag animation as well (merged with above)
3. Added new snow texture
4. Added more texture to the bib, more noticeable in snow though.

Worth noting I use custom terrain palettes so I didn't include rubble stages.

It's not perfect but I'm satisfied. Code included in zip
