I want to make the SW anim only visible to player and team throughout SW.ANIMATION and set visibility to only visible to player and team.

I want to know the exact size for example weapon with cellspread=10. I want to make anim that wide to cover all cellspread similar to how Generals SW works.

As I tried 1000 px doesn't equal to cellspread 10

So how many px do I need per cellspread?

Why don't you take a screenshot and overlay your animation as a separate layer that can be resized?

I know how to resize or and how to put them in the game but I don't know why to get the animation showing in the game exactly size as I wanted, I have been keep changing the size of image and still quite don't know the actual value.

Gosh, I'm so dumb. I just figured something out. in Yrargentina they have the building tile pattern for building. That is all I need, Now I know that each tile is 62 px wide.

With this I can get the exact animation relavent to the weapon cellspread.

A single cell is 60x30 pixels, so x10 it would be 600 wide & 300 high.

Also here is a large cell grid you can use to correctly align & size shp files with.

Then I don't understand, how can you not know the size when you can directly measure a screenshot and match it?

If your chained explosions or whatever it is in your cellspread path overlap each cell, you will still know precisely how big that gets from the screenshot?

Cellspread is radius value, so double what Mig Eater suggested. 1200x600 for non-transparent image.
