Chinese MIX Encryption
Subject description: let me in on the secret pls
I've always wondered how Chinese mixes are undecryptable with the use of "Mix Unprotectors", and the first time I ever tried it, I was baffled at how it just fails to do so compared to MO's way of "encrypting" corrupting their headers.
In my eyes, this will deter a lot more rippers compared to MO's way, so if anyone could help hook me up with this encryptor or encryption method that the likes of RN and EASB Hour use, it'd be highly appreciated, send by dm if you have to. But from what I understand you'll have to end up shipping a modded GAMEMD.EXE due to the different encryption keys.
Would explain why all Chinese mods come with an additional game EXE.

Read about mix format and encrypt in your own way.

Yeah just don't waste time on this messy subject it's not worthy. Use of unauthorized assets already make you dead in the community and it doesn't matter where and how you get them, or they are encrypted or not. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
You can use a hex editor to open the MIX file and add a long bunch of gibberish to the last few characters, which can make it impossible for a disassembler to crack it efficiently
Different Chinese mods have their own encryption methods, this is just one of the most popular ones _________________ Like me~

Chinese who ripped tons of stuff? I did not see anyone ,,died" not that cared for community. People who do this do not care about the community as we do, therefore we cannot do a thing to them. ,,Blacklist someone's name" in community.... like that name is real anyway. This aint bank, police etc... where you have people's real names and ID to track them and arrest them to punish them. That what they do is not against laws at all. Nobody event went to court (that I know of) for asset stealing in mods... Therefore no proper punishment can be implemented to scare them off. The hell, even some members (who I call parasites) do not care about the community at all. They are rarely active, never interact with community, they are only here when need help, open a thread then disappear...
