As the title suggests, I wish he would introduce other language texts, but I can't see his fnt and don't quite understand if this is optimally feasible Embarassed

No. Image based stuff like font and cameo etc. can be changed. For text (INI files) game doesn't support unicode or other formats to represent double byte or multibyte chars.
