Somebody know how to edit an existed cscheme?
Do you know how to edit the brick part of unittem.pal like in MO?

You can use the OS Palette Editor to modify the pal files used in RA2.

Most image editing programs (Photoshop, Gimp, IrfanView, etc) allow you to edit palettes too, you just need to convert it to the RA2 format once your done, using either the above program or XCC Mixer.

To make cschemes you'll have to do it manually, but here too OS Palette Editor is handy because you can see both panes.
