The modding community needs to know about making TTS voices.
Subject description: "Cybernetic intelligence will always be superior." -CABAL
Recently, I've discovered Uberduck.ai which is a website that has fan-made Text-To-Speech voices and it has a community dedicated to making TTS voices. to read those dumb ass text strings in campaign maps. you all know exactly what im talking about. _________________ .shp artist and critic of voxels QUICK_EDIT
