So currently i’m looking for a vxl or shp contain bullet lines. With has lightness and 3d looking like in the video below. I tried usetrailline on artmd.ini and particle system as well as sparksystem, it did show up the line as i want but the looks of the line was not my intention, it was yellowy, not bright at all and not what i was looking for. So i need a help on bullet model of the bullet on the videos

Are you using Ares?
With version 3.0 you can use "IsDetachedRailgun=" instead of "UseSparkParticles" so ROF and Burst will be used, i've used the invisible projectile with the a Yellow Line Trail to simulate bullet tracers.

Can I have the sample code please. It quite new to me for this part.
