Hi all.
Just wanted to bring something tho youre attention.
The has been an increase in the amount of people going on at those who
are new to modding and the modding comunity.
Remember that we are trying to help these people with there questions,
and point out any errors in a constructive way, not just blandishing the word noob in their face for asking something simple, or making a simple error in coding something.
I rember when i knew nothing about modding, and any question i had was answer within a short time without more experienced modders calling me names.

Those that are flashing the word noob around more than needed, you know who you are, please stop and remember what it was like when you were starting out.

you actually have no idea what a noob and newbee is do you?

A newbee is someone who is generally new and is WILLING 2 LEARN and take advice or other people.

Noobs are people who DO NOT LISTEN, flame other individuals, think that altering numbers = modding and coolness and also blanty lie.

allied general, thats your opinion of the  word noob... you ask 200 people what noob and newbie mean and you'll get 200 different answers..

noob, came from newbie, someone being new at something... fuckin rocket science.

Mavrick... the word n00b is used by C&C community in the way Allied Generals described, which is entirelly different than newbie.

Anyway, I've noticed this kind of activity increased here.  But, I might not be acting in all cases. If anyone notices any more n00b bashing in the new posts, please, report it to me.

Anyway, I invite everyone to read this:

Mavrick, if you have actually gone into several forums, there is a clear difference between noobs and newbees, its even explained at Deezire by Renegade.

I really dispise people who DONT TRY people asking how to increase hornet range or edit CSF files, there are so many tutorials and FAQ's about such simple questions.

N00bs and newbies are very similar. However, there is one difference. N00bs generally ask before trying, whilst newbies try before asking, simple as that.

This is slightly off topic... But I heard the difference between a noob and a newb is...

Noob - Someone who is new and is annoying
Newb - Someone who is new and not annoying.

Least it was something like that.
