In TS FireAngle was variable if not defined in [UNIT] section. I mean it would raise\lower the barrel if the target is farther\closer. Also because of variable fire angle thus variable FLH in TS art.ini was a special code PBarrelLength=250, SBarrelLength=250, the FLH was set to the turret base and used the barrel length to offset the FLH.

Is this still possible in RA2 or YR?

Well the tags are still in the artmd for units from TS. They must most likely be parsed. I'm sure it will be possible in RA2, and probably in YR too. I don't see any reason why it won't.

Actually, only when Arcing=yes in the projectile, IIRC.
