Patch v1.01 is released today, including the following features:
1. CellSpread limit for warheads broken
Yep, it took me 4 hours. WW was too lazy to create an algorithm to calculate the number of cells affected, so they just made an array with a length of 11. Making a calculaition algorithm for that was quite tricky, but now you can have a CellSpread of whatever you want (I tested 100, worked properly).
2. Option to load sidec03.mix for Yuri's UI
I didn't believe that there were just a few bytes avoiding that. It was just laziness by WW: If the player is ThirdSide, the UI for the second side is loaded.
You can set a flag in the rulesmd.ini file now to determine if a special UI is loaded for Yuri.

3. Improved Random Map Generator
Yep, now it also creates wonderful Urban and Desert maps for you.
What's up with New Urban and Lunar?
Well, since no civilian buildings are placed on random maps (except tech buildings), Urban and NewUrban don't make much sense for random maps.
To save work, I just included Urban, I would have to write special codes to disable it. NewUrban was taken out at all, it doesn't look much different from Temperate.
Lunar causes an internal error when creating random maps. Why? Because there's no water the RMG could place.
