MuzzleFlashX & DamageFireOffsetX are measured in pixels from the center of the shp, so just find the center then count how many pixels there are to the point where you want the Flash/Fire.

I can't find the tool for building offset something
Can someone help me the tool that help to locate the offset of building to get occupation fire FLH and building fire FLH or something.
There is no tool specifically for that, although as they pointed out, there is some possibility to do it via Image Shaper.
By the way, before you ask again random question in voxels let me tell you that there is also possibility to find F,L,H via HVA Builder, in case that you did not know. (Tools ---> Simulators ---> Fire FLH Simulation, but you have to check ,,Draw FLH Bullet")
