Attaching A Sound To An Event ?

I wanted to know is this was possible.
I was looking at 2 things.

[1] The buildings that are capable at repairing units have no repair sound has no repair sound like the Allied IFV when it's repairing a damaged unit.

I can easily create a repair sound but don't know how to attach it to the building.

[2] The Terror Drone makes no sound when it breaks into a unit and it makes no sound as it's damaging the unit which I want to create these sounds but again, I don't know how to attach the sound to the unit or to the TD breaking into it.

For the Service Depots add the sound effect to the repairing anim.

[GADEPT_B]
Report=IFVRepair

Similar for the Terror Drone add a dummy anim to the weapon's Warhead & then attach a sound effect to that.

AnimList=DUMMYSOUND

[DUMMYSOUND]
Report=GrinderGrinding

If you use AttachEffect you also can add sound to it.
