I think it's good remember nobody starts from the top Smile you just need practicing the more models you do the better you will be
I'm sure that one day you will be one of the best 3d artists out there you will even be better because most of the good 3d artists can't do good voxels like you  Cool   Wink

Its a good concept maybe you can think to add 2 tesla coil to back, If you are using blender download Donut arnold's templeate. Good work keep it up.

the model is okay, but consider using image textures to texture the building, and keep the game palete in mind

The Building looks good aside from the weird faded palette otherwise this looks great as like an Advanced version of the Tesla Reactor

Since no one mentioned it, the ambient light is too strong and the point light isn't creating internal shadow properly, so everything like your chimneys are basically the same tone the entire way around.

On a side note, it looks like your black pipes (far side) are popping up in the middle as black orbs before moving outwards, you would probably want to fix that.
