When using my mod in CnCNet i choose Yuri in the lobby but instead it loads my new country North Korea in-game, therefore i cant choose Yuri. It works fine without CnCNet when i tested in Windows XP virtual box.

Don't insert your new countries and factions into vanilla list, always keep those in the original order and put newly added one to the end of that list.

Now Yuri loads when i select Yuri but North Korea isnt in the list to choose

Check side list in Resources\GameOptions.ini.

Keep playable factions together like

9=YuriCountry
10=NorthKorea
11=GDI

GameOptions.ini is what you're looking for.

But the sides have to be in order, I'm not sure if the cncnet live client (guessing this is what you copied) has InternalSideIndices enabled, you may need to use Starkku's client base (google it) to effectively guide your client to your sides.

Yep, all you need is to edit [General] now:

InternalSideIndices=0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14

Note that my sides are in order but yours may not be, that's why this is needed.

e.g. mine used to look like:
;InternalSideIndices=0,3,16,6,8,20,9,10,19,11,12,17,13,14,18

(hint reference entries from [Countries] in rulesmd)

For some reason my ClientDefinition.ini stopped working, i cant launch a game in lobby. Even adding a new ini or different codes wont work. Dont know wtf happened.

Oh i see that Starrku's package comes with a ClientDefinition.ini but i dont know if it will make a difference if i use that and if i should even use that cause it has some unfilled lines, for example the client themes arent filled
