Comrade! Comrades!
I have a fantastic idea and also I have worked it out. In our website (www.generals.hu but it's a Hungarian website so you couldn't understand it) we have Russia mod. So Russia is for China. And some girl from France are making Euro mod (so it's for NATO/USA). And what is up with little poor GLA? I have a soluiton!

NEW CARTHAGO:
The first war was long... so long that Europe has joined the fight. USA, China and Europe fighted against GLA, but they didn't know an important fact. GLA isn't a terror organisation lead by some rich oil prince from Arabia. GLA became political party of Third World. The human race's 80% is citizen of Third World. They are poor and hungry. They are desperated. The Third World has just 20% of goods that are produced. And we - nations of Advanced World - are just the 20% but we have 80% of the goods. Is it really unfair, isn't it?
So the base of GLA are all the 80%.
When oil of Arabia had over and global heating had made a huge agricultural crisis, the mobs of Third World became really angry and agressives. And a boy and his sister could have unite the forces. The new movement was the 80's Movement - named about 80%. But USA, EU and China were too strong and now they defeated the movement and eliminated basises.
And five years passed.
At the territory of crisis Green Democracies developed. They were radical environmentalists. Nowadays the new president of USA is also environmentalist so they didn't bothered new states. But movement of 80's survived the war. They managed to learn virtual warfare and they stole new technologies from Russia (like desolator technology).
After some regenerating the movement infiltrated in USA, Russia, EU and China. And also they managed to take over leading of Green Democracies. The new imperium (protected by circles of GLA) could come to light; it is New Carthago!

NEW STRATEGY!
NEW LOOKS!
NEW UNITS!

I'm looking for graphics and scripters! Join me and build a new mod, a new side, a new world! Cool

3) What game is this for? (Since you say your site is www.generals.hu, I'm guessing Gens).

4) So, which sides are in this mod? You mention a lot of countries and sides, but don't tell us who the antagonists in the mod itself are.

Mayor Gilbear, thank you your review. You mentioned really problems.

1. This mod is for Generals Zero Hour. I forgot to mention is, sorry...

4. My work... I do what I can but still I am not a programmer or a graphic, just a creative man and I hope somebody is interested in my ideas.

5. What is in the mod? I have plans of units, buildings and other thing. I am searching good pictures for this plans, too.
The fundamental idea is a post-apocaliptical warfare based on GLA traditions.
So our army has three big group.
1. made at home: infantry and other low-tech equipment (like warfare of Iran or Vietnam). Infantry is a really important part of this army, we have well-trained, strong warriors as well as to defeat hordes of armors.
2. import: tanks and other vehicles. New Carthago's army is new and it couldn't have developed too many weapons so it bought them from aboard.
3. stolen high-tech: After the first war members of 80's Movement learnt a lot of electronic things, hacking and spying. When they kept a check about their last strategy they realized importance of high-technology. So they have stolen technologies from Russia and USA, mostly from Russia because of corrupt bueraucrats who guarded secret Russian experimental laboratories.

Advantages: a strong, horroristic army with a brutal warfare. Camouflaged units, desolator technology, bio-hazard suits for infantry and others.

Disadvantages: there are no any base defences (mostly agressive, brutal strategy) and instability (NC's army is new, so it isn't enough organised and there are still a lot of mistake).

Okay... so.

We have new power plant, new superweapon and we have no any base defeces...

Gas Power Plant: NC has more underground gas supplies than other countries. And NC's bases need just a few power. So Gas Power Plant is the best for NC's army. Low cost, low power but it's no matter!

Steel mole: This is a miner but it's under the surface. There is an other War factory, too, which is making moles always. And steel moles runs under enemy's base and in a circle they trapps all building. After building's crash the mole comes to the light and destroys itself. But it's so funny. Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy

Hero: the Rat. He is a terrorist who can hijack mobils (tanks, humwees, others...) and he can installe Desolator Bombs. This bombs are mini nukes with incredible radioactive explosion and heat but they don't make mushroom cloud and firestorm. And also the Rat can repair mechanic units.

Extra money: a slave-camp. Everytime you destroy an enemy unit you get a slave. Slaves work in the camp and they make 1 money/second/slave. BUT if the enemy destroys your camp than you lose all slaves... BUT if you have an other camp, slaves are divided by as many equal parts as many camps you have. Can you follow me? And if you lose a camp, a transport truck starts to go to your closest camp with your slaves. You just shall watch your truck to be not destroyed by enemy.
I hope you could undestand me. Confused

Units: (DON'T COPY THEM!)

Infantry:
1. Hidding Soldier: slow warrior with a big submachinegun. He can occupies buildings. If you improve Advanced Command Suits, your hidding soldiers become stealth and chemo-immunised.
2. Flame-thrower: a hidding soldier with flame-thrower. You should improve ACS... He can occupies buildings.
3. Anti-Air Unit: a guy with anti-air rockets. To drive away dark clouds. Smile <ACS, occupying>
4. Striker: a very brave and fast soldier who runs thoward tanks and implate a plastic bomb to their armor. Very destructive warrior... <ACS>
5. Memeluk warrior: armored infantry with a huge machinegun. He isn't hidden but vehicles can't run over him and he is also chemo-resistant. He can shot grpund or air targets, too.
6. Desolator: like RA2.

Vehicles:

Made by NC:
1. Shand-rider: like Nazi's dubble-motorbike it can transport 2 soldiers who can shot out from this car. It is as strong as Humwee but has lower price.
2. Oiltank: storm-tank. It has a huge motor (if this tank is destroyed its motor exposes very big), medium speed, hard armor but it isn't really manoeuvrable. It has a cannon and a flame-thrower. Use in frontal attacks.
3. Chemo-copter: a toxin tractor in the air. Spreading toxins to one unit or making a gas-cloud for everyone.
4. Frogtank: stealthed armored personal carrier. It has medium armor and medium speed and it can heal soldiers and repair tanks.
5. Kamikazee: old suicid planes with bombs. It can be effective in large groups. For tactical bombing.

Yes, Bunshee... you know, after I had written this message I have seen other mods on C&Cfilefront. I didn't know them before so I realised that unfortunately other men used same ideas like mines. I knew about flame thrower (Russia mod) but the others... Underground demo truck (Steel Mole) in YR's mod... I'm so sad.  Embarassed  Sad  Crying or Very sad

Last night I dreamt with a cybernetic army which attacked us.

IS SOMEONE INTERESTED IN NEW CARTHAGO MOD?

People! I have written I was not a programmer or a graphic! There are ideas and plans and some picture for units but I haven't got any models/codes/etc. I can draw buildings and units (into paper with pen and it can be scanned) but I can't do it in computer.

I'm searching for graphicmen and scripters.

Hi! Do you know how to programe Units? Really? Okay... A unit for training, if you don't have any problem with it. I need to know what can you do and what can't.

Unit: T80 - standard tank
Purpose: active defence and invasions; controlling an area
Weapons: cannon (I don't know what type of tank cannon) and mine-sweeper lasher
HP: 400
Damage: 35
Range: 250

Standard MTB of NC bought from Russia. It has medium speed and medium armor. This tank type is used to defence homeland or hold the lines in the front.

I have seen how does work an editor, I suggest it's similar to TibEd editor, so I can use it. I'm okay, I can programming units and others now. But I very need a graphicer with a scinner. Are there some of them??? Question
