Bunker Cannon Won't Fire ?

I added a cannon to this bunker but the cannon tracks targets only when troops are inside. Troops can fire but the cannon refuses to fire.

Buildings cant have a weapon/turret & be garrisonable, it's either one or the other.

When I learn how to make buildings this will be one that I made in paint shop pro will be one of the bunkers that I will make for the allies.
