Is it possible somehow to give building or unit 2 different radial indicators with different radius?

I don't think so... And, if you don't mind, what is the purpose of that ? Marking (max.) ranges and minimum ranges of weapons ?
Cool idea, but not possible ,yet... (Phobos or DynamicPatcher may help in future, or may not...) :O

Marking min/max ranges may be a good idea too, but i am after marking different ranges of several abilities. Like for example weapon range and detection range of special unit, or say structure that has PsychicDetectionRadius and InhibitorRange to show both.

You could use an alpha image to add a transparent ring around the unit. It will be visible to all players all the time though.

Never dealt with alpha image, that would be smth like a constant animation? Code solution would be more flexible, so probably will have to hope one day Ares or Phobos will allow that.

I know that with Kratos you can do it.
