Another realistic tank, this time the Vickers.

There seems to be a number of turrets, with and without panels and boxes attached, as well as numerous upgrades on top for machineguns or optics related. Instead of following one revision or export version, I tried to pick and choose an amalgamation of features that made a reasonably good looking turret, without being overly complicated.

TurretOffset=17 to 25
