Now, the question why on cloned weapon with only changed values there is no radiation on the ground. There is only mushroom explosion animation, and meltdown of units, but without green radiation.

Why you change range if you use this weapon for custom missile abilities?

Try adding NukePayload2 to the [WeaponTypes] section

e.g.

[WeaponsTypes]
1=NukePayload2
