By making the Hornet 8x smaller than the actual voxel data, all you're doing is wasting 450kb of space for something that can't be seen. Really there's something wrong if your carrier is half the physical size.
When you use 3ds2vxl you can set the output maximum dimension, become familiar with common vehicle sizes and then adjust downward from there if needed. Ideally voxels shouldn't need to be shrunk more than 10%...
