issue with Ares launching

I`m not sure if i am meant to post it here, but since the last windows update when trying to launch Ra 2 yr with ares, i have been getting the error "Could not run executable. The requested operation requires elevation."

What does it mean and how to fix it?

Try running as administrator. right click to do this. Also, yes, you need to be an administer to do this.
