Didn't fix the overlay of the animation, so I deleted and remade it

no icon

I like this new style much more! Less cartoonish, more dark and gloomy, and looks like combination of diesel-punk and something alien. It fits Yuri's faction much better. I hope, all Yuri's buildings will be remade in this style someday.
