Nr. 1 gives me a very BLAME!-y vibe.

Nr. 3 & 4 looks more like the Great Old Ones returned to Earth, and humanity fought several hours of brief, but futile resistance against them, and that is what it looks like after. Not like a nuclear apocalypse. It looks like someone is rendering the mental imagery of a comatose stroke patient - which I'm not saying to denigrate the art, it's eery and creepy.

I use Midjourney, which is decidedly less creepy, but probably has better image quality, I'd say.

Well, as you probably know, AI imagery has advanced massively in this two years. The regular SD model is pretty obsolete. Now we have Dall-e 3 and SD XL.

Therefore, on objective measures, these aren't very high-quality any more - Though I am still partial to the creepy ones artistically speaking.

Here is something about what AI can do now for TS and RA2-like game concepts.
