I am thinking of making Yuri-like units be able to garrison.

Is this possible / viable ?

Anyone tested of MK'ing from inside structures bugs anything or prevents the other occupy weapons from firing ?

SFJ map mod has done this - the only problem is once the yuri exits, he cannot get back in again (whilst mind controlling stuff) which is normal for ra2 anyhow.

Someone said SFJ had some crashes related to units garrisoning structures with odd weapons ( i think the deso and chrono legionnaire)  and i think they did some updates but last time i tested it out, Yuri was still working and i did not get any crashes

Temporal, MC and Spawner weapons create a "virtual unit" to handle the logic when the unit with it is created, so these weapons can't be used by those not created with that. When garrisoned, it's the building that's shooting, not the unit inside, thus no garrison weapon allowed to used these effects.

I once tested an infester-like creature that uses MK logic.

Basically an organic drone. After the MK-infestation, where the drone jumped from there was a link remaining (a dot as the original source point of the MK).

So my guess is that MK is too special to be used from structures without expecting anomalies.
