Transport vehicle into stationary bunker?

The closest example would probably be Battle Bus, which doesn't use replace object into building, but just becomes stationary with own model and new armour. But bus turns into bunker only after death and involves some explosion and jump in air, while i'd wish unit to simply dig-in. And here's the problem: i presume to use BattleBusSlowDeathBehavior with NONe +SUICIDE condition, but how to add everything else?(like lowering model, adding digging animation)
For example how to turn China Listening Outpost into such dug-in bunker?
