What speaks Yuri to you?

Im going to go for the task of making a new mod, basically I will not go into details just yet..

I just wanted to know, what speaks "Yuri" to you after RA2 YR Campaign on the Allies behalf?

I will go through the story:

Yuri has been locked up and incarcarated in the Chrono-Prison after his defeat, where he will be locked inside for all eternity in a secret underground complex. The Yuri resistance, fighting for thier beliefs in Yuri that one day they will destroy his prison and free their great master constantly fight against the Allied nations of America, France, Germany, Great Britain and South Korea, striking where they are weakest, stealing resources and technologies, attempting to augument what the Yuri resistance had lost with the fall of Yuri. Many of the Yuri technologies has been lost since the fall of Yuri, but some have been left intact, mainly the "holy" relic of the Psychic Dominator to surprise populaces and bring them into the great Yuri Resistance before repacking the Dominator, taking some of the dominated population and becoming hidden once again. The Yuri Resistance has a fully operational Moon Base, where they can build back their war machine slowly, ferrying ore, stolen technology, Yuri relics and resources to the Moon from Earth in secret. Premier Romanov was seen as a great figurehead to the Soviet people, through the war where the Soviets and Allies fought against a common foe, and Romanov has decided to ally the Soviet Union with the Allies, being a figurehead for the Soviet people to look up to and to rebuild themselves, however the Soviet Union will have to rebuild quickly, as a growing threat emerges from the Republic of China. The Chinese have managed to convince North Korea, India, Japan and many more nations around its power to join it, and a new war machine will soon emerge. As the Soviets prepare for an imminent war between the Chinese, the Allies try to rebuild from the distasters from the last war, and to stop the Yuri Resistance. A secret prodject licensed by President Dugan is being made underway by Einstien and several scientists. The device is called a Psychic Redeemer, and once these are deployed around the areas where the Yuri Resistance is based heavily, it will free the poor civilian minds from Yuri's evil dominated program in their minds. Essentially they will wake up as if they woke up from a dream, but the plans to create the device is far from finished, and the more time they take researching and designing this, the more powerful the Yuri Resistance is growing. Allied sattelites have also detected some unsual activity eminating from the Moon...

What do you think? And what new units/beaten up units should Yuri get? I want to make a sort of Dominated army, as in pieces of Rhino tanks mixed in with Mirage Tanks? or something or other. Also, can you help in changing the storyline a tad? I dont know whether to keep Romanov.. after all, he did make a world war.

Oh yes, and the Time Machine, and the plans to it is destroyed, and Einstien is dead (assasinated by the Yuri Resistance), but his technologies still live, such as Chrono devices.
