After having seen charge mechanism of Rhino tank, the scientists of European Alliance think they must have one like that. So they decided to combie the smaller Prism tech form Siege Cadre with the rest of Tank Destryer , which is no longer used Razz . As the result , the Prism Destroyer was created.

How do I get this to use both weapons because it only uses the cannon and not the prism ?

The new NoAmmoWeapon logic was added by Ares, AFAIK you dont use Ares tho..? Which is probably why it isn't working & why I suggested using Gattling instead.
