So does anyone know where I could find this 32 facing TS engine hack and how can I use it? It is required for Lin Kuei Ominae MKII shp.

You can use the C&C Executable Modifier to add the 32 facing hack. IIRC if you use this hack all shp units will need to be edited so they also have 32 facing too BTW.
