I'm rescaling the parking lot. But the image is too big and I can't align the edge. Any recommendation for auto cutting the image?

I'm not exactly sure what your method is & what you are "cutting", I presume you are trying to copy & paste each individual cell of the tile? Typically you'd just copy & paste the entire tile in one go.

Instead of making one gigantic terrain tile, I'd recommend making several smaller ones that can then be placed next to each other to make a large parking lot. You can then also easily make different size & shaped parking lots, instead of just one big rectangle.
