One Vision 22.11 has been released!

|One vision, one purpose! In the name of Kane, because Kane lives in death! The team from
One Vision has recently released One Vision 22.11.
For those who are unfamiliar with it, One Vision is a modification for Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath that aims to perfect its gameplay experience. It provides many diverse factions with unique units and gameplay approaches. It also improves the existing graphics and balance.
For those who are familiar with it, you may be wondering about the jump from 0.95 to 22.11 out of nowhere. To be honest, we don't know the explanation for it either. But it is an improvement of 0.95 that was launched some months ago.
Here are the official words about One Vision 22.11:
Patchlog Version 22.11
Engineers/Saboteurs/Assimilators: Increases speed 36 -> 40
Harvesters: Strong early aggression takes a lot of commitment. They should take more Cannon damage to reward good usage of Scorpions and Seekers.
Normal Harvesters: Lowered health 4500 -> 3840 HP. Increased taken cannon damage 95% -> 100%. Lowered rocket damage 95% -> 90%.
Heavy Harvesters: Lowered health 4700 -> 4320 HP. Increased taken cannon damage 95% -> 100%. Lowered rocket damage 95% -> 90%.
Pitbull: Lower damage taken from rockets. 100% -> 90%.
Tiberium Vein Detonation: Lower damage per tick: 1000 -> 750.
Militants: Increase spacing between units to become better meat-shields.
Rocket Militants: Increased damage 270 -> 300. Lowered rate of fire to 3.45s -> 3.6s between shots. Deal +20% damage to medium tanks
Nightshard Plating: Lowered research cost 1500$ -> 1000$. Lowered research time 60s -> 45s. Affected units take less Grenade type damage 100% -> 80%.
Marked of Kane
Centurions: Can shoot over buildings. Lower speed: 60 -> 55 (this reverts the last speed buff).
Mantis: Increase damage taken from rockets: 75% -> 90%. Increase reload time between shots when upgraded: 1.75s -> 1.95s.
Awakened: Right now, they are a little too powerful for their cost
Increase cost by 100$.
Enlightened: Remove initial EMP cooldown.
Tiberium Trooper: Increase squad range when upgraded 177 -> 207.
Seekers: Lowered rate of fire by 10%. Lowered rocket damage 85% -> 75%.
Ion Storms: Lower splash damage to 33% and 100% to individual targets.
Lightning Spike: Lower health 3000 -> 1920.
Ravagers: Ability cannot target Reaper Tripods.
Devourer Tank: Dev Tanks should be more squishy to balance out their combination of speed + high DPS. Lower health 3200 -> 3000 (can now be one-shot by Obelisks and Vertigos). Increase taken Rocket type damage: 80% -> 90%.
Buzzer Swarm: Moved from Nerve Center -> Technology Assembler.
Corrupter: Buffing the Corrupter is important to diversify the anti-infantry capabilities of Scrin factions. Because advanced infantry is resistant to Gun damage, the Corruptor is an important puzzle piece, as it deals with Grenade damage. Lowered rocket damage 100% -> 80%
Lowered health 3200 -> 3000. Increased taken grenade damage 20% -> 40%.
Phantom (Seeker Mutation): Increased mutation cost 100$ -> 200$. Lowered rate of fire 1.3s -> 1.6s.
Phantasm: Can shoot while moving. Lower speed 80 -> 55. Lower health 3360 -> 2880.
