Don't have TS on hand to test this myself, and it's obviously very situational and I don't think I've seen it happen in-game ever, but if I want to re-create the Mutant Hijacker in Ares, how would he interact with occupied APCs? Can he capture them? Does he kill the passengers? Do they stay on the side of their original owner?
