The size of this crossbow cart is the same as that of Nuwa cannon of

Mental Omega.
The recommended unit is positioned as an advanced siege unit.

it is rare to see voxels that are so visually distinctive; it is not just 'yet another main battle tank', but something
creative and special. albeit the voxel is a bit large

It has a similar design to the Irkalla from Mental Omega.
according to the voxel page from RA2DIY it's a flying object i think.
