actually the soviet ui since its being shared with thirdside.
You will need Ares(+ Phobos probably) to use.
How to use:

In rulesmd.ini
add a [Thirdside] that has
Sidebar.YuriFileNames=1
Sidebar.MixFileIndex=3

dont forget to add Thirdside as an new entry to the end of [Countries] list.

You also have to do one additional step yourself: extract sidec02md.mix from ra2md.mix yourself, and rename it sidec03md.mix so that the yuri radar appears properly as in the screenies.
