Basically a Chinee Pantsir-S1, same 8x8 configuration with rockets and autocannon, but looks cooler.

I did have to take some educated guesses for the roof and rear, since I didn't find any photos from those angles. As usual, the grill and some other details had to be adapted for RA2 size details.
