Please tell me how to force my defence building(for example Yuri Gattling Cannon) to attack enemy non defence building automatically? (like AutoAcquireEnemiesWhenIdle = yes ATTACK_BUILDINGS in generals)

Non defensive buildings aren't considered a threat so units/defenses wont automatically target them.

I cant remember if a building needs IsBaseDefense=yes or just a Primary= weapon to be targeted. Either way there isn't a simple tag you can add to a weapon to make it auto-target everything.

The building MUST has a non-zero ThreatPosed value and Insignificant=no to be considered as a threat, game rules out any non-threat targets when scanning for one and doesn't automatically attack it.

But repairs automatically attack allied buildings. Maybe there is some way?

Allied buildings are no threat, that's the result of negative damage weapon, game is hardcoded to use such weapons on allies instead of enemy so repair vehicle and medics can act smart.
