Kratos Lite v0.39 is ready for testing!

Hi everyone! Kratos has been recently improved with the release of Kratos Lite v0.39. Kratos is a Chinese solution that extends the modding features from Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge with Ares and YR Dynamic Patcher. Here are the goodies that come with Kratos Lite v0.39 if Google Translator makes any sense:

AEType increases the probability of successful granting. The default is 100%, which can affect AE additional methods other than self-contained, passenger interaction, and shortcut key granting, such as warheads, broadcasts, revenge, gift boxes, etc.
Added the new tag to Revenge Revenge.Chance=100%, which can set the success rate of revenge against the attacker.
Added tag AffectShooter=yes to Slugs that allow Slugs to attach AEs to the weapon's launcher.
Added the tags ExpCost and ExpLevel to forcibly modify the experience or level of trainable units damaged by a projectile.
Early detonation projectile distance can use decimals to improve accuracy.
AI is no longer allowed to use aircraft zone alerts.
Aircraft area warning tags Fighter.AutoGuard will no longer patrol the airport after using the command to return.
Fixed black holes attracting themselves.
Fixed black holes and gas pumps passing through bridges.
Fixed SelectWeaponUseRange always picking the weapon with the longest range.

As it's feature designer and main tester, I can give the translation.
Added AttachChances sub flag to define a successful attach chance for each AE. 100% as default. Affects all kinds of AE attaching methods: by warhead, broadcast, revenge, giftbox, etc. Does not apply to AEs that comes with units\ passenger AE.
Use Revenge.Chance (100% by default) to define a launch weapon chance for revenge AEs.
AffectShooter defines if an warhead can attach AE to its launcher (def=yes)
ExpCost and ExpLevel are added to Warheads, that can directly modify experience and veterancy for units hit. Can use negative experience to reduce veterancy.
ProximityRange now can use decimal.
AI is forbidden to use Fighter.AreaGuard
After issuing return to base order, aircrafts with Fighter.AreaGuard=yes will not circle around airbase.
Blackhole can no longer catch itself.
Fixed a problem that units affected by blackholes and pumps will pass bridges
Fixed a bug that SelectWeaponUseRange will always select the weapon with greater range.
